Clean, convenient location by a lively restaurant, friendly staff
We had a great time staying in this city for our holiday. The hotel we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff who were always ready to help us out. The location was especially convenient since it was right next to a small but lively restaurant, which made it easy for us to enjoy delicious meals without having to travel far.
We really can't find any major faults with this hotel or this city. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday experience.

the hotel's location was also very convenient, just a short walk away from the train station and other key locations in the town center. We particularly enjoyed the simple yet charming room design, which made for a cozy and comfortable stay. the hotel offered a lot of great amenities that made our weekend even more enjoyable.

Location
Toilet was not clean in the room on arrival. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive. One steak was sent back as not cooked to order and was clearly microwaved on its return. One pizza was obviously dropped (we hope not on the floor) and arranged on the plate, we were all so hungry we did not send the food back again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Le Brassus. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even arranging a taxi for me in the midst of a snowstorm. The location was also great, with a ski lift just 500 meters away. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options available.
All aspects of my stay were excellent.

Beautiful room, well equipped. Friendly atmosphere.
Went for a meal at the restaurant and several things on the menu were no longer available. To be fair though, it was the weekend of the Transjurassienne - probably the busiest week of the year.

Very good hotel in the countryside of Western Switzerland, 4 km from border of France, so 90% of inhabitants are French speaking. Very polite and helpful staff - I needed to understand how to reach Geneva and they found me everything in the Internet, printed and told how to change trains; always ready to assist in case of need; very positive and polite. The city itself is in the mountains - very beautiful nature, with cows with the bells, church close to the yard of hotel. Very fresh air, lots of green trees around in the mountains. The cook will prepare you nice dinner if needed - whether usual pizza or steak with French- fries - the prices are even more reasonable for it than in the close pizzeria. If you want to relax from big cities noise and overcrowdness - this hotel is for you!!!
If you go for business to Geneva I would not probably recommend to stay there as trip by train will take about 2 hours and you should change 3 trains on one way - not very comfortable. And taxi from Geneva airport to this hotel will cost you 200 euro!!! Which is not reasonable at all. Enjoy staying in this hotel!!! :)

The staff were extremely welcoming. The beds very comfortable and the breakfast delicious.
Very slow service in the restaurant in the evening. Three items on the menu were not available on a Saturday evening. The bathroom was very poorly lit. The tv in our room was old.

Great location, just a short walk from the main square and close to public transportation. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice on things to do in the area. Free Wi-Fi was also a nice touch.
The breakfast was a major disappointment. The food was stale and unappetizing, with limited options available.
